I'm still alive...

What a weekend!! I had a blast at the Mistletoe Mall. By the time I got over there, I had worked my self into a nervous frenzy! I got there, set up, and then the people started coming. I didn't have a minute to think about it. It was really good and I think that I did really well. I had fun and I think that I may even do it again! (Dani, the pics are for you;) Of course there are pics)

My sister came down for the weekend and I ended up going home with her. She is having some complications with her pregnancy and needed some moral support. We shopped a little, made the kids some pajamas, learned how to crochet hats, and got to talk alot! I just love her so much and I am so lucky to have her as a sister. No matter what happens with this sweet little baby BOY, I am going to be by your side, sis. We will survive it, we always do!!

My uncle, who has been waiting for a liver transplant, got a call Sunday to come to the U of U. There was a match. After a little disapointment, the next day he was called back again. This time it actually happened. I don't know all of the details just yet, but it looks really good! We are so happy for them. We wish them good luck and get well wishes!

I am feeling a lot of mixed emotions. I have hesitated to talk about religion on this blog. People who know me, know that I am not generally a religous person. Not that I don't know that there is a God and not that I don't believe, because I do. There is just so much more to it. But several things have happened to me lately. Several conversations about the matter. One person who started the thought ball rolling in my head. Situations, like my sisters complications, where my mom even talked about religion. My 6 year old being 1 and a half years away from babtisim, that made me start to think more seriously about it. I just feel so lost and so confused and a tiny bit SCARED!!
(Sorry for the rambling. I just totally needed to say it out loud to someone.)

This was an awsome post. Im glad that you are feeling something. Heavnely father works in small ways just like that little something you are feeling. You are a wonderful person wife and mom and there is so much he has in store for you and your family. I hate giving advice when its not been asked for but I would have to say that get on your knees and thank your heavenly father for all of your blessings and ask him for the comfort you are seeking at this time. I know he will be there for you. Its great to hear about your uncle doing well, what a blessing that truly is. And even though I dont talk to you much I want you to know that Im always hear if you need to talk and I will keep you in my prayers. your awsome girl

Thanks for posting pictures. I wanted to make it but I couldn't. But I still want some brown bows. I want hats too (if you have any left.) Anyhow, maybe you could give them to my mom at school and I could have the money with her or mail it or whatever. Let me know if you have anything left first. I just love how the hats turned out--SOO cute. I'm glad it went well, but sorry about Britania. And as far as religion goes, you are already living right and doing everything you should. You are such a good mom, better than most. You love your family and I know that Heavenly Father knows you and loves you and your situation. It might be hard, but everything worth doing is hard no matter what it is. (And remember you have a lot of people supporting you no matter what you decide to do.)

This post gave me cold chills. First of all I am so glad the Mistletoe Mall went well, I do need to get some hats! Britania is lucky to have you as a sister, you are amazing. I know that in 4 months my whole life turned upside down between losing Gary and then having the babies so early and it was so scary. Heavenly father takes care of all of us and is watching over us all the time. You are such a great mother, siter, friend. I will keep you both in my prayers.

Hey K'Brina,
I love looking at these blogs. It helps me keep up on all that is going on with you girls that have always been so special to me. I have to ditto all that has been said and just add this little bit. Think about how much you love those beautiful little girls of yours and then remember that Heavenly Father loves us UNCONDITIONALLY, no matter what. That always helps me because I know how much I love my children and grandchildren. You only have to ask and he is there with you every step of the way. I love you guys and miss you and will remember you all in my prayers. Love you and your blog as always. Aunt MiShele

Wow, your last paragraph made me tear up K'Brina! I just got back from a stake YW meeting & our new them is found in 1 Timothy 4:12. It reads... Be thou an example of the believers in word, in coversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. You are already an example of all these things, you just don't realize it yet. You will, on your own time. I have faith that you will!!!

I'd love to see the hats you make for Brit, or any boy hat. Do you have any pictures of them? It's very likely that I'll need two.

I hope thing are okay with Britania. It is so hard to deal with complications and babies. I don't know the circumstances but I've had my fair share of complications and so my heart breaks for her.

As far as religion goes, in reflection of the things you say and what an amazing mom, wife, and person you are you are living Christ-like. You just have to find a decision about your kids that brings you peace. Just remember He's always listening.
