I haven't been a very faithful watcher of American Idol since they voted Chris Daughtry off, but I watched when David Cook sang "Alway be my Baby" and I love him! I am so glad that he won! Both Davids' were great, but I will always love a rocker ;)
Watch and see. Mariah Cary would be a hard artist to sing. He was brilliant.

I too wasn't a faithful watcher but I liked them both so I was happy with either. I was so ticked too, as I think many were, when Chris Daughtrey was voted off. I realize they base it on the votes, but come on. When someone is that good they should just keep them on for ratings! :)
You're right Cook does an awesome job with that song! I loved it.
