I am uninspired lately...

(My little Liones, you know, from Peanuts. She is so cute I just want to eat her up:))

I have been so busy with work and kids and life that I have been putting off posting, because once I set down to write something, I start blog surfing and then a minute turns into hours. I haven't picked up my camera in weeks. I have felt so uninspired. I haven't wanted to take pictures, or blog, or create anything lately. I think that I have been too busy. But I am feeling inspired again. I installed PSE finally, after having it setting on my desk for a week. I have been putting it off because I knew that once it was installed I would have to figure it out, which means that nothing else would get done. So I installed it and I am in love! I have been playing here and there and textures are my new obsession. See...
I went to St. George with my mom, to stay at my sisters, the last weekend in May. We went to see Sex and the City. I LOVED it!! It was so fun! I picked-up some flowers for bows and some decorations for the girls room. I also have been uninspired to finish those project as well. Jaxon wanted to come home with me. He is a mamas boy, so I thought that no way would he really come. He went and packed his little bag, got his "work boots" on, and got his sunglasses and wanted to go to Aniston's house. SO CUTE!! So he came home with me and stayed for 4 days. You forget how a 2 year olds mind works. He says the funniest things, like wanting to know where Emersons weiner was. I haven't had to explain that to anyone, yet. I told him girls don't have one. He kept asking why, and I said ask your mom when she gets here?? I don't know about little boys:)
Thanks Britan for letting him come, we loved having him. That's what being an aunt is all about.
The weather soon has to show signs of being summer and I have to know that it is going to be warm for several days in a row. I am getting very tired of warm(semi-warm) and then needing jackets. I need to be able to take the kids to the park, I need to plant my flowers and not worry about frost. I need Summer!!!
I am trying to channel the sun and blue skys with my new page color. I don't love it, but maybe it will help. (wishful thinking)
We have been trying to get Aniston to ride her bike without training wheels. Can I just say AAAAAAHHHHH!! I am getting frustrated. She wants to do it, but everytime we try she cries. It is totally time for her to do it and she should be albe to do it, but I am a frady cat and haven't pushed her to do it because I don't want to see her fall. Here I am learning another lesson from my girls. They are going to fall, they are going to get hurt, and they are going to cry and I am not going to be able to stop it from happening. I have to learn to let it happen and then be there to gather all the pieces up and put them back together. But it sucks!!

I like the yellow its so bright and cute. I like the textures they are cute. Ya it was Aly's vintage, do you think it is too washed out or maybe if the pics were more up close. I know what you mean about the bike, I am that way at the park if you don't just let them climb and fall or succeed they won't do it and who cares about bikes, but it may rub off in important things in life. And damn it get inspired... Oh ya thanks for taking Jax, I know he can be a handful, I am willing to return the favor if you let me know when :)

Brin-

I totally know what you mean with not wanting your kids to get hurt. Keaten is such a scardy cat and McClayn is such a dare devil. I must be dumb but I don't understand how you guys get these photos to look like you do. I even have photoshop element 6 and I can't figure it out. HELP!!!
Also, I am suppose to be doing other stuff and I turn my blog post into blog surfing. AAHHHH

Boys are quite an experience! One day, Brenda's little boy told her that he had noticed that she didn't have a "peter" and that she could borrow his any time she wanted.

Also, Porter was scared to ride his bike WITH training wheels. I don't know how we will ever convince him to take them off.

It's so hard to watch them get hurt, but so rewarding when they learn and finally figure things out.

Hey, it is good to see your blog as well. It is quite addicting! I love it!!! You need to come over and use Halee's bike without peddles. I promise she will be riding in no time. :) We do need to get the girls together. Come over to the park some time and we can let them wear themselves out while we visit.

I really like the textures with the words.
Don't you just hate when they cry when you're just trying to encourage them and you know they can do it.
